fantastic stay with great value
daily cleaningbottled waterfriendly staffsmall beach
our room was nice and well equipped. it was very clean and cleaned daily. bottled water was provided each day as needed. the buffet restaurants had a great range of delicious food. there was something for everyone. waiting staff brought drinks to the table and were helpful and friendly.
the beach was small for a large number of guests. if i arrived after 9 a.m., i could not find sunbeds. i had to use the pools instead.

The buffet featured a wide variety of options overall. i found many choices available with many options available. they cooked fresh pizzas and burgers at the all-inclusive beach bar at times during the day. The views were gorgeous.

the swimming POOLS were nice. the hotel grounds were beautiful. the beach had a reef nearby. ALL the staff were mostly helpful.
the room it was outdated. it was not cleaned very good. I must ask them to clean it better because it was very dusty. they changed our bedsheets at one point but not the pillows. I needed to ask again.

Enchanting stay at the resort
easy walkfriendly staff
The resort had many places to eat. Each restaurant staff acted friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated Mahomood, the bar manager, he. The walk to the beach was nice and easy.

The hotel features several quiet swimming pools close to apartment blocks. There is also a nice aqua park. a football field. These amenities seem suitable for families with children visiting the resort.

Every staff member presented a smiling face. They are helpful. I felt treated like family. I want to give a special thank you to Mohamed, Mahmoud, Mohamed, and Malik. Their service was Really good!!!

The hotel offered easy access to a good house reef. It was very nice to access it easily. The area seemed safe for swimming. There are lifeguard present overseeing activities.

the territory was very beautiful and well-kept. i found the food to be good, with enough options available for those with intolerances.
the check-in experience was confusing because of the wristbands we received. i felt one staff member was rude and treated us unfairly, it was a negative experience.
